Journey of Byzo × Ebin

Ebin was born into a modest middle-class family where academics were everything. From a young age, he was taught that success was defined by marks — not by creativity or ideas. But deep inside, he always had a desire to create something of his own. Life led him down a different path, yet that dream quietly stayed with him, growing little by little. And one day, it took shape — in the form of Byzo.

Ebin began his career as an unpaid frontend developer at a small startup — no salary, just the hunger to learn. The environment was tough, filled with ego clashes, office politics, and constant negativity. One senior in particular made it his mission to bring him down, just to assert his authority. But he didn’t give up. He held on to his vision and kept moving forward. Slowly, things started to change. Then, one day, magic happened — a new opportunity from an MNC. And now, it’s tough to explain in words — let’s see it in action.

He assembled a small team from his friend circle but within a week, his team left saying Byzo is impossible. But he didn’t. Alone, he built every panel, Website, every line of code — as a senior frontend Web developer, and backend dev, everything.

With little savings, he planned to outsource app development to a startup company. The first company, based in Madurai, gave up after three months, saying they couldn't deliver , and returned 80% of the amount. The second startup, from Delhi, scammed him. Six months were lost. His backup savings were gone. He was broken.
